Chopping off peoples heads can be so embarrassing; shooting them can be so much more fun, that, is if you have a camera.

In all other cases it is a war crime and you might become the subject of true crime documentary.

Its also very messy and you might upset some really important folks.

So use a camera to shoot and chop off heads. It is much cheaper and safer not to mention less messy.
